Access North Build is a family owned business specialising in cradle-to-cradle design, engineering and construction of glazed structures, advanced space frame systems, ETFE and tensioned membrane structures and their building envelope. We work with clients in the public and private sector providing an integrated project delivery (IPD) experience for projects including, but not limited to, leisure structures, education buildings, retail venues and historic listed buildings.
Our strength lies in our considered approach to our work and extensive experience in design, procurement and construction management. We put the strongest emphasis on client, supply chain partner and team satisfaction and strive to deliver projects on time and within budget to meet our clients' high expectations.

Zahner is internationally renowned and recognised for innovations in the field of metal and digital fabrication. Zahner leads by developing new and sustainable metal applications, patinas, and their respective technologies, recruiting only the most dedicated and intelligent engineers and fabricators. Zahner employs over 250 people with facilities in Dallas, Texas and Kansas City, Missouri.
L. William Zahner, CEO/President, is a recognised expert in the field of architectural metals. He has authored two books detailing the use of metal in architecture which are used by students around the world as textbooks for the application of architectural metal. In 2007 the American Institute of Architects awarded Mr. Zahner with an honorary membership for his dedication to the architectural profession, his devotion to spreading his knowledge of metal, and his innovations and contributions to architectural metal.
